29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about August 17, 2012, at 623 Dalton Ln. in Sugar Land , TX; the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing a fall arrest system when they were doing the frame work for a single family house. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet on to the ground.
