29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)TRRC, Inc. at 310 5th Ave., Lyons, CO 80540: On August 25, 2012 as the controlling employer, did not ensure the employees of Rendon Roofing were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard in excess of 6 feet. TRRC, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106656, citation number 1, item 1, issued September 28, 2011 and became a final order on October 3, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1620 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80232.
