The backhoe was used to excavate soil to repair the 8 inch diameter, jet fuel line from the storage area to the airport.

The retaining pin was in place to secure the arm for the bucket.  The backhoe was used to excavate soil to repair the 8 inch diameter, jet fuel line from the storage area to the airport.
