29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a. On or about August 24, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a partner saw to cut brick did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a. On or about August 24, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing masonry operations from the roof deck were exposed to a fall, of approximately thirteen (13) feet two (2) inches, created by the presence of unprotected sides.
