29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function. Job site located at 17555 Emmet Street, Omaha, NE-Two employees working on a low-sloped roof using a monitoring system allowed the employee who was suppose to be the monitor do work that took his attention from the monitoring function.
