29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about July 25, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a single family home with no fall protection measures in place. JL Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 106854, Citation 1, Item 1, issued September 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1144 S. Ammons St, Lakewood, CO 80232. This citation became final on October 15, 2011.
