29 CFR 1910.107(d)(2): Employer did not provide all spraying areas with mechanical ventilation adequate to remove flammable vapors, mists, or powders to a safe location and to confine and control combustible residues so that life is not endangered. On or about August 24, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that flammable vapors from a painting operation were removed to a safe location. Employees were exposed to the hazards of flammable vapors and explosions.
