29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about August 15, 2012, employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work without adequate fall protection measures in place. Urbina Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313722308, Citation 1, Item 1, issued September 24, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 23910 Genessee Village Road, Golden, CO 80411. Urbina Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313720088, Citation 1, Item 2, issued July 2, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 521 S. Ames Stret, Lakewood, CO 80226. This citation became final on July 20, 2010.
