29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    a:  On or about August 15, 2012, employees of the mason contractor, G.P. Masonry & Concrete of Ocala, Inc., installed unprotected rebar in the area under steel erection activities by employees of Fred White. The unprotected rebar was protruding from concrete block, exposing employees of Fred White to an impalement hazard.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
