29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally:    a) North side of building: On August 14, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were working on a welded frame scaffold on the second level at approximately 10 feet that did not have cross bracing on the inside of the end sections, and every 5th section as required by the manufacturer.    Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
