29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) 720 Kingston Drive, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034: On or about July 19, 2012, employees using chainsaws to fell and buck trees were not provided with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: cut resistant leg protection and cut resistant foot protection. NOTE: IN ADDITIOIN TO CERTIFICATION THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
