29 CFR 1926.501(c)(1): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not erect toeboards, screens, canopy structures or barricades to prevent objects from falling from higher levels: Lankenau Hospital Patient Building - On or about July 17, 2012, employees were exposed to overhead hazards from falling objects where toe-boards had been removed from balconies on the second, fourth, and fifth floors.
