29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  2074 Stauffer Road Jobsite - Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 15 feet from working on a 2x4 catwalk during pole barn construction without any means of fall protection, on or about August 24, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
