29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Best Western, 701 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville, NJ 08232: On or about August 21, 2012, employees working from a ladder jack scaffold were not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 21ft. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATON FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
