29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Production Area; The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a written hazard communication program which at least describes forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training as it pertains to, in this case, Prisco Isopropinol Anhydrous, Prisco Chrome Roller Cleaner, Superior Printing Inks, to mention a few. Employees were exposed to burns to eyes and skin and irritation of the upper respiratory system.
