Panera Bread 4014 Peach Street, Erie, PA - On or about 8/21/2012, and at times prior thereto, company employees were working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Portland Cement and diesel fuel. The company has not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication Program.

However, at the time of the inspection, the containers were filled with diesel fuel.

Panera Bread 4014 Peach Street, Erie, PA - On or about 8/21/2012, and at times prior thereto, company employees voluntarily utilized MSA N95 single-use dust/fume/mist respirators. The information from Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134 had not been provided to voluntary respirator users.
