29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) On or about August 28, 2012 and times prior, employees were not protected from injuries in that, when working from a pump jack scaffold there were no guardrails installed on either end of the pump jack scaffold. Employees were working (leaning) out over the ends of the pump jack platform performing job task. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
