On August 28, 2012 at a worksite located at 6S080 Lakewood, Naperville, IL., employees were performing work on a residential roof and were not using fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17.9 feet.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
