REPEAT VIOLATION Section 17(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and 29 CFR 1910.303(G)(1)(i). Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OSHA STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION #314238429 CITATION #1 ITEM #1, ISSUED ON 04/16/2010. WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2357 LINCOLN HIGHWAY EAST, LANCASTER, PA 17602. THIS CITATION BECAME FINAL ORDER ON 05/10/2010.
