29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about August 29, 2012, low slope roof, six employees shingling a roof were not protected from the hazard of falling 10 feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall protection, or any form of alternative fall protection. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
