29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a)  De Lira Roofing, LLC at 10735 Telluride Street, Commerce City, CO 80022:  On or before August 25, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns.  Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

Nte:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:    a)  De Lira Roofing, LLC at 10735 Telluride Street, Commerce City, CO 80022:  On or before August 25, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling the lower roof with a 4 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
