29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(i): The employer did not attach labels or post signs, required by 29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(i) for previously installed ACM and/or PACM, in areas where they would clearly be noticed by employees who were likely to be exposed: (a) Timberline Apartments, Buildings A-J: The companydid not have labels or posts signs on apartments that had been designated throughout the buildings as down due to the presence of asbesots, as determined on August 29, 2012. NOTE: OTHER ACM IS ASPHALT FLOORING AND VINYL FLOORING MATERIAL INSTALLED NO LATER THAN 1980 AND OTHER INSTALLED MATERIALS THAT THE OWNER OR EMPLOYER WOULD HAVE IDENTIFIED AS ASBESTOS-CONTAINING IF THE OWNER OR EMPLOYER HAD EXERCISED DUE DILIGENCE.
