29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) 210 Industrial Way, Eatontown, NJ: Motorola brand equipment for scanning of packages was plugged into a power strip for chargiing. The power strips were daisy chained into one another from the wall outlet, obserced 8/29/12. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. FEDEX EXPRESS; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDAR, 1910.303(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 446193 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, ISSUED ON 06/29/12.
