FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.     FEDEX EXPRESS; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDAR, 1910.303(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 446193 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, ISSUED ON 06/29/12.
