OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On August 10, 2012, employees of Granillo Masonry were exposed to pinned and struck-by hazards from the approximately 2,900 pound Ash Grove Pro Mix silo mortar dispensing system and the Skytrak 6036 Telehandler lifting carriage that were not secured to the forks and/or lifting carriage of the Skytrak 6036 forklift during transport and assembly.
