29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a- Janry Pet Resort, Stewartsville, NJ - The employer did not develop nor implement a written hazard communication program at the workplace.   Employees use or can potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to bleach and cleaning solvents.    Abatement Note:    The written hazard communication program should include, but not be limited to, a list of all hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace, material safety data sheets, labeling and other forms of warning and the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards.    Condition noted on or about 8/28/12.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     The employer did not provide employees with information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area:    a- Janry Pet Resort, Stewartsville, NJ - Hazard communication information and trainng was not provided to those employees who are exposed or could potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, bleach and other cleaning solvents.  Information and training shall include:    - the location and availability of the hazard communication program;  - the physical and health hazards of the chemicals used;  - labeling information;  - explanation of the material safety data sheets (MSDS);  - methods and observations used to detect the presence of hazardous chemicals and required emergency response.    Condition noted on or about 8/2/12.
