29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:    (a)  1619 St. Marys Avenue, Parkersburg, WV:  Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet to the ground while replacing roofing shingles on a building with a 2 on 12 low sloped roof.  No fall protection measures were in place, as observed on August 29, 2012.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
