29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage used for attachment for personal fall arrest equipment was not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached nor was it designed, installed and used as follows: As part of a complete personal fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of at least two; and under the supervision of a qualified person: a) The Fenton, 945 W. Ferry Street, the two (2) foot nylon lanyard was wrapped around the toprail of the basket on the Genie Aerial Lift and the guardrail is not capable of supporting 5000 pounds per employee as required, the lift manufacturers only rate the strength of the guardrail system for 300 pounds. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
