Ferry Street, the two (2) foot nylon lanyard was wrapped around the toprail of the basket on the Genie Aerial Lift and the guardrail is not capable of supporting 5000 pounds per employee as required, the lift manufacturers only rate the strength of the guardrail system for 300 pounds.
