Frontier Platiing Room - on or about 8/30/12, employees work with solutions of sodium hydroxide, muriatic acid, hexavalent chrome, sodium cyanide, and caustic powders, all which can cause eye damage from chemcial burns and exposure. the employer does not have and require goggles for employees to used while working with these types of chemicals. this can lead to ieye injuries. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Frotier plating - on or about 8/30/12, the shower, which would be used in the even tof an emergency, such as chemcial exposure, was not appropraite, in as much as it did not have a one-handed pull to activate the water. The plumbing was such that the water needed to be turned on in several areas prior to water activation. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
