29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(ii): Containers when stored inside shall not be located near exits, stairways, or in areas normally used or intended for the safe exit of people. (a) Intrawest/Winter Park Operations Corporation at 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, CO 80482: On 8/29/12, the employer stored propane cylinders used for fuel in food preparation. The cylinders were located on the loading dock unsecured. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) Intrawest/Winter Park Operations Corporation at 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, CO 80482: On 8/29/12, the employer did not ensure that electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less had sufficient access to the electrical service panel. The employer had water hoses and boxes blocking the breaker. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
