29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket:    a) Wimbleton Plaza, 290 Center Road, employee observed working in a JLG aerial Lift, Model 450-AJ standing on the midrail of the basket to gain more height in lieu of raising the basket. Employee was exposed to falls of 10' 8" to the blacktop below.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION NEEDED

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:    a) Wimbleton Plaza, 290 Center Road, employee observed working in JLG Aerial Lift, Model 450-AJ with the gate used for access to and from the lift wired open thereby making the guardrail system incomplete and exposing the employee to falls of 10' 8" to the blacktop surface below.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
