29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:     (a) Hendricks Place, Construction Site - On or about August 30, 2012 employees were framing exterior walls of a residential building and were not protected from falling from the deck or through window openings approximately 9 feet above grade.    SPRING HOLLOW CONSTRUCTION, LLC WAS CITED PREVIOUSLY FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD , WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 330664, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 01 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 2, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT OTTS ROAD, NORTHGATE BUILDING 10 PENNSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA 18073.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
