29 CFR 1926.405(d): A panelboard was not dead front. a) East side of the interior garage wall; On or about August 29, 2012 and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, the cover of an energized circuit breaker panel box had been removed thus exposing various subcontractor's employees to electrical shock. b) East side of the interior garage wall; On or about August 29, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to an energized circuit breaker panel box while installing the cover. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
