29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):     Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed.    a. Near the fabrication department, unused opening number 8 was not effectively closed in the electrical cabinet for Crane 7. Due to this condition, maintenance employees were exposed to an electrical hazard during required duties such as lockout of machinery during maintenance.
