29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v): No hoisting, lowering, swinging, or traveling shall be done while anyone is on the load or hook. On or about 8/21/2012, at 2660 SW 13th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL, two employees from All Florida Tree & Landscape Inc. were exposed to a fall and/or electrocution when being brought up into a tree while riding the hook of a crane, which came in close proximity to energized power lines.
