Metal receptacle boxes energized machines such as, but not limited to: Microscopes, Electronic Height Gages, Belt Sander and Parker Majestic Surface Grinding. b) On or about 08/29/12, in the production areas, a metal receptacle box used on the end of a drop cord to energize a Ebbco package Chiller, Model EDM-PC 3300L/EDM Drill CT500F, #383 was not mounted in place. This metal receptacle box showed signs of deterioration/corrosion and it was not appropriate for the specific use and environment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
