On or about August 28, 2012, and times prior thereto, on the tubular-steel supported scaffold at the 2400 Bull St. Sav-A-Lot commercial-renovation jobsite, the employer allowed a second-buck working platform at the south end to not be fully planked or decked, exposing masonry employees to falls of approximately 7 feet to the next-lower surface.
