29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: At the electrical room for the corn bins, where a Class II combustible dust was present, general service electrical equipment, including but not limited to uncovered electrical stitches, and 110 volt receptacles were facilitated in lieu of Class II Division 1 ignition proof installations. The hazard exposed employees to potential combustible dust deflagration.
