Ridgewood, NY An employee bolting steel beams was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 30 ft. through an elevator shaft to basement below. The employee was not tied off. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
