29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, and portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface were not used. On or about August 23, 2012, Residential Construction Site at 2140 W San Remo Dr, in Meridian, Idaho: The exterior of a tubular frame scaffold without a ladder was utilized to access a scaffold level and eave height over 9 feet. Abatement certification is required for this item.
