29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Worksite, 803-809 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood NJ - The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person. Worksite employees were exposed to fall and struck by hazards and other related injuries when working from a improperly erected pump jack scaffold. Condition noted on or about 08/09/12. LAGUNA SIDING INC; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEAT VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDAR, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314672536 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 8/18/10. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE - 12/29/10. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
