29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Worksite, 900 Second Avenue, Sea Girt NJ : The contractor did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person exposing worksite subcontractor employees to fall, struck by, and tripping hazards. Observed on or about 8/9/12. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CRF 1903.19.
