29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: The employer does not ensure that employees have immediate emergency access to eyewash stations when they are required to handle corrosive chemicals. This violation occurred on or about August 28, 2012 where employees were exposed to chemical hazards while handling corrosive chemicals, such as but not limited to Auto-Chlor Fabra Kleen Destainer, without having access to an eyewash station.
