29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    a) Facility, 131 Kline Avenue, Callery, PA: On or before 10/05/12, the employee working on the dry blender platform was exposed to a fall hazard from the unguarded open-side. The platform is 10 feet 3 inches from the ground level.     b) Facility, 131 Kline Avenue, Callery, PA: On or before 10/05/12, the employee working on the Blanco cookie mixer platform was exposed to a fall hazard from the unguarded open-side. The platform is 5 feet 7 inches from the ground level.     c)  Facility, 131 Kline Avenue, Callery, PA: On or before 10/05/12, the employee working on the Blanco icing mixer platform was exposed to a fall hazard from the unguarded open-side. The platform is 4 feet 9 inches from the ground level.
