29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    On or about August 31, 2012 at the Canutillo Business Park, at the North end of the construction site, protruding reinforcing steel were not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement.  This hazard exposed employees to an impalement hazard.
