29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502. a/ Maita Home Improvement, LLC./135 Grove St., North Plainfield, NJ 07060: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a roof with an eave height of approximately 20' were not using a fall protection system. Condition observed on/or about 9/01/12. 1 - Maita Home Improvement, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 315641456, Citation 1, Item Number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/12 with respect to a workplace located at 328 South Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
