29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Employees were exposed to minor skin contact hazards while working with sealants, paints, gasoline, and insulation while demolishing an old house on or about August 17, 2012. The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program which includes, but not limited to, obtaining material safety data sheets and training. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
