29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Bob Behrends Roofing, LLC at 2245 80th Ave. Ct., Greeley, CO 80634: On or before September 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Bob Behrends Roofing, LLC at 2245 80th Ave. Ct., Greeley, CO 80634: On or before September 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this two-story residential roof with a 6 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 22 feet. Bob Behrends Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313413742, citation number 1, item 1, issued October 14, 2009 and became a final order on November 22, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 1913 Ruddy Ct., Johnstown, CO 80534.
