Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b). Note: If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: a) Tomlinson, Larry at 7327 20th St Ln, Greeley, CO 80634: On or before September 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this ranch style single family home involving a roof with a 6 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
