29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: Jobsite located at 1937 S. Smithmoor St., Wichita, KS; employees engaged in residential roofing work on a 6 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave to the ground. Fall protection equipment available at the jobsite was not being used.
