29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.: The motors of all vehicles being fueled shall be shut off during the fueling operations as stated in Division VIII, paragraph 8.11 Safety Rules. (a) On or about September 1, 2012, the LP gas container of #21 forklift (Caterpillar Serial No. AT83C00108) was re-fueled on the vehicle while the powered industrial truck's motor was still running.
